This bank is the biggest rip off ever!!! They do nothing to help you with your home mortgage unless you are around 90 days behind! What good is that? Unlike other banks, they are NOT reaching out to customers who need assistance but are not behind on any current payments. They will wait until you crash and burn first before reaching out to you. THEY NEVER MODIFY ANYTHING. ALSO, THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. I HAVE CALLED 20 times, handed in all sorts of applications for assistance and yet still, not even a phone call back!! this bank is a scam! read full review »
