Since when was it the consumers fault that they did not receive the merchandise they purchase and never receive? This is how this company will make you feel! They should not be allowed to sell any wedding merchandise because you will never get it in time for your wedding. Very unproffessional customer service, which is the same two individuals that answer the phone anytime you call. You know it has to be a scam if they are unwilling to give their names!
