I puchase a cricket phone Nov.22, 1999 with insurence, It quite working within 3 week's. I returned the phone to the store in Newprot, Ky, they gave me a new phone, which was not new IT WAS USED. Then six month's later my phone DONT' WORK NO MORE. I went to the store and ask them if I coulde get a new phone, they said yes for $45.00 that's a good deal, yea right just saving $5.00.
