I asked a simple question about printer driver availability for my older printer and new Windows 7 computer. I got a smart reply that my (perfectly operating!) printer was old and that no drivers were available. That was it. I was offered a chance to pay the new low price of $7 for the response, after of course having had to put a higher amount in the "deposit" account.
