Our expirience with this company has been such, the company advertises weather proof out door HD TV and remote control on their web site and when you talk to them on the phone. However what you recieve is a USED remote control, that doesn't match the TV and doesn't work. When you call them they give you the run around and then tell you to send back the remote and then claim it's not the one they sent you after they recieve it.
