I have a deferred tax account as I am disabled all was set up and my reduced payments started middle of last year. I got a mortgage review statement in December and it indicated that they had paid my taxes even though they were not supposed to. I call the tax assessors and got their money refunded. On March 15th when auto pay was taken the amount was $415 higher than it was supposed to be.
