So i purchased a Samsung Caliber at Best Buy. the phone ended up being defective so i returned it an got my money back. that same night i called metro to get a refund for the plan charge($50), when i got to a rep i explained the deal, she looked over my account and had me on hold longer then she actually talked to me, when she finally came back on she said, "i confirmed with my supervisor, and your going to have to go to a corporate store to get your money back", i felt like this was bull, being that i paid over the phone with them and... read full review »
