I ordered 2 products from this company and upon recieving the trial offers cancellled any future orders. I was then charged the full amount for the trial offer and then a week later shipped an additional order, totalling over $475 in cdn charges to my credit card. I have yet to recieve any of the additional product. When I called to see why they charged me and if the money could be refunded they told me they would cancel future orders but would not refund the charges.
