Does anybody have connections with a state senator?? I'm pretty sure it will take an act of congress to cancel my Target Visa Credit Card. I have spent two days with customer service, which is an oxymoron, they provide no effective service and I feel more like a criminal than a customer. Because of problems with them I decided to cancel my card. I have a zero balance and have made no charges for over a year.
