I signed a membership agreement with one gym and it got bought out by another gym. I paid all my dues all time etc. I asked the gym representative TWO times when I knew my contract was coming close to the end how much notice I needed to provide. They told me TWO times it was a thirty day notice and gave me the contact information for National Fitness because I had to write a letter to them.
