Roy Robbins installed a box window in the kitchen approximately 2'x 9'. Within a short time it bagan to 'drop'. It was no longer level with the kitchen floor. After many phone calls and words he finally came out to inspect it. He did nothing. I contracted an Engineer. His conclusion was that the window lacked support. Robbins returned--attempted to fix the window. His fix did not work. The situation continued to get worse. Conversation continued with him.
