Some form of Major Problem occurred over night from 6/7/10 - 6/8/10. All remotes stopped working on all DVR Receivers today. Major difficulty getting through to technical support. It took over two hours just to get into the phone queue then on hold for over 45 minutes just to find out "there is a problem, and they are working on it." Someone did something over night that disabled all the remote control devices from connecting with their respective receivers.
