They did a detailed examinination of my watch, estimated the time of repair (3-4 weeks). It's now been 9 weeks. The excuse they gave was that the watch was older and parts would take a lot longer to get. Then why didn't they know this when they examined the watch in the first place!!! Customer service was zero help. They have my watch, my money and I have no clue what is going to happen. Assholes!! read full review »
