Time Warner Cable has HORRIBLE SERVICE and they don't give a hoot about their customers! I had At&T (which I LOVED) but moved to another city and was forced to get Time Warner Cable. Well, I waited ALL DAY for a tech to show up, and when he finally did at the end of the day, he told me that he would have to get his supervisor over for another day to look at my set up because of some sort of weird wiring they had going on.
