I was honestly in love with U-Verse. I never had a problem with the service and I always had good customer service. I didn't have a problem until I was moving and had to return the equipment. I'm in the military and was moving to a different base. I called AT&T and told them I needed to return the equipment, they said they would send me a box for the equipment to be shipped back.
