I wish I had read the many complaints about how the Proactive Solutions program treats their customers and the deceptive practices of their program before I ordered a kit for my daughter through the internet. Its been a nightmare. I do believe that the product works for some people but not all. It didn't work for my daughter so after a couple of shipments, I called and canceled the membership.
