I ordered a trial offer, supposedly for the cost of shipping and handling, only to find that I ended up being signed up for monthly charges of $87.00 and change. I called and told them I never agreed to this and was told "you should read the small print" and they refused to refund the money to my account. I don't recall reading anything saying I would be on the monthly shipping and charge account. If I had known that was the case I would not have even bothered to order a trial. This seems to me to be a lousy way to get customers. read full review »
