This is a absolute horror show. I have never seen anything so poorly run. This is absolutely a sham and a pure money mill. I did call the state initially 2 days after I sign the contract because I knew almost immediately I had made a mistake. I was hoping that the 3 day right of refusal would apply but it did not - according to the club and the state. The club said NO Refunds even though it was two days... yes you could sell it but what a joke that is.
