took my dog to get groomed and an hour before closing time, get a call stating that there's been a small accident "no big deal and not noticeable, the old woman says" - I go pick up my dog and there's a huge patch of hair missing - she had cut him to his skin almost -- it was 3 fingers' width and the length of my palm.
