ON 12/13/08 this company billed and shipped product to me and charged my visa account $88.97. I returned the product immediatly unopened, and tried calling the company to cancel and get a refund issued to my account. Phone numbers went nowhere. E-mail response tells me I didn't cancel in the allotted 15 day time, so I was responsible for the charges. I was also charged twice for the same product, which was returned unopened from a company called FWN Labrotories 866-949-0138 for $87.13.
