The billing department is BRAIN-DEAD!!! On May 13 we discontinued service. returned their DVR, cable cards, and tuning adapter. They gave us a receipt for the equipment. Now starting June 9 we began to receive calls telling us we owed over $60 for modem and online service at the place where we no longer live. We returned all the equipment, but they believe the modem which we purchased is theirs.
