Even though you are a long time customer this bank will screw you as much as it can. I went to renew my mortgage and they would not offer a competitive rate. As soon as I got another mortgage offer from a different bank a better rate appeared out of the blue. I recently heard from my friend who I am guilty of introducing to this bank that the bank was taking a long time to process his mortgage application so he went with some other bank. He talk the approval to TD and lo and behold TD is ready to finance his mortgage. Disgusting! read full review »
