Hi! I just got off the phone with GMAC Loan Services and they denied my loan modification and asked me to reapplied. On Feb 19 2010, I got a FEDEX package from GMAC... so open it up and saw a loan modification package. I was surprise since he denied me in the past. I been working with them since June 2009. I noticed that the due date was Feb 22 2010 so I called them and GMAC said " it is due on the 25th". I will not be home until Feb 21. 2010 and it was a Sunday. So scheduled a notary thru GMAC for 22th.. sign it and send it back... read full review »
