Got a call from this number a few days ago, POSSIBLE SCAM! man said he was with Thomas David and Associates, and told me unless I paid him by the next day somewhere around 300 dollars he would file a judgement against me. He says it was for a payday loan from 2 years ago that I never paid, which isn't possible because payday loans are all deducted directly from your checking acct.
