There was a fire at my home on Christmas day. I am relocated to a temporary location while my house (which BOA has equity in) is being repaired. The repairs are not able to be completed in any timely manner because of the property claims departments refusal to complete my claim and do their job. I have records of the 38 people I have spoken to in property claims and my 160 phone calls over more than 80 hours to that department with no resolution or even a clear answer as of today (4 months later) they are asking for additional reports. read full review »
