I joined about 2 years ago and am no longer under any contract but they keep billing me monthly. I no longer live in a city with a Planet Fitness and tried to cancel and was told that I needed to send a notarized letter certified mail to the headquarters. When I said that was ridiculous they threatened to put me into collections. This gym is a total ripoff and sleazy. read full review »
