I rented a pickup truck (Budget) for our company, for a pick-up and drop-off at the airport in Alberta Canada, through Orbitz on-line. Orbitz offered car rental insurance at the time of the reservation. Access America is the name of the Insurance Company, for anyone interested in running away from this company as fast as you can. The truck was involved in an accident and now Access America is denying the claim because it was a pick up truck out of the country. Which was on the on-line reservation form with Orbitz.
