I just booked a flight on Jet Blue because I had taken them in the past and I really enjoyed it. However I'm not very happy with their services this time. I hadn't paid much attention until I looked at my confirmation e-mail today and noticed the days were wrong. Whether it was the website putting in dates or it was my fault for clicking something wrong I don't know but they will not let me change it.
