I mailed my payment in time that they should have gotten it on time(They charged me a $40 late fee). I mailed others that were due on the same due date and the rest all got theirs and had them posted. I called Care Credit snd they told me that I would have a $20 credit on my next bill that they could do once a year. The next bill came and was again $15 more than it should have been.
