I had been a loyal customer of the company for 4+ years. In the past, service provider would send a prerecorded message to alert customers to replenish their air time/ minutes. This is no longer company practice and the company keeps the unexpired air time/minutes resulting in monetary loss to loyal customers. In my case, $78.00+.
