I have read some but not all of the complaints on here regarding CitiMortgage and have a similar story to share. I am fed up with a large corporations failure to service my loan modification after 15 months of back and forth crap we had agreed n a reduced payment (360.00 reduction) and we have been making that payment for 8 months now. GUESS WHAT? I get a phone call from them (CitiMortgage) last week to tell me my loan Modification has "TIMED OUT"! What the hell does that mean?
