The CVS store on 119 Lincoln avenue in Venice moved to that location in October 2008, after a Wholefoods market took over it's old location . L.A. City has a noise ordinance that prohibits deliveries between 10PM & 7AM, which still allows 15h of deliveries & noise making for the store, and only 9h of peace for the neighborhood. But, as all big gready corporations, CVS decided that it was not enough time for them, and started making night deliveries at 3AM 3 times per week.
