These guys are scumbags. Avoid their gyms at all costs. I was on a month to month contract and tried on three separate occasions to cancel my membership. Each time it failed. Finally it culminated with me sending a letter to their financing company requesting for my membership to be terminated. Because I did not send it "certified" the account was not canceled and my last months billing was sent to collections. They make it impossible to cancel your account with them. Literally, impossible.
