Have a Walmart MoneyCard. While on vacation in Florida with brother and his family and another couple, we went to ATM to withdraw money. My brother, and other couple also use a Walmart MoneyCard. My brother went first and card was denied for insufficient funds. He called them and they said they would refund the money. We went to a different ATM (Completely different bank) and I tried my card.
