Poor, poor customer service, the orders are ALWAYS wrong, food cold, the list goes on. You call the corporate office, they just say "Oh, Sorry for that" and nothing changes, nothing. They may give you a coupon, WOW that will help! I know you have seen the commercials, ever body has, now when you go in or go through the drive-thru, it is NOTHING like the commercials.
