I ordered several Kirby parts on April 8, 2010. $43.96 was deducted from my bank account on April 12, 2010. On April 22 I received an email from Bud Stevensons stating that their servers were down and if I wanted a refund to reply, if not my order would be processed. Today is June 10 and I have not received my parts. I have emailed several times for my parts or a refund with no reply at all.
