This store needs to be secretly shopped by management (an African-American woman would be the best covert person) because the reps in this store are unmotivated, inattentive, and rude! There has not ever been a time that I have left this store feeling as though I have received good service. It is as though the workers in this store resent me as a customer, for I represent work for them.
