If you receive one of these gift cards and want to purchase something online or by phone you have to validate this card first (which is not mentioned on the gift card). After calling the phone number you will be asked 'who' gave this card to you as a 'gift'. After that is verified they then ask for your full name, address, phone number and a security question answer.
