In February 2009 I began a 2 yr contract with fees that should have totalled less than 3%. Since then, with each passing month they have added or increased fees (e.g. yearly fee, PCI Compliance fee, security fee, batch header fee, and the worst- Add'l fees). Calling them is truly a waste of time. After looking on Better Business Bureau's website, I realized they had 140+ complaints against them. Because they settled most of them, they got a B rating!!!
