After a free trial have taken payment and sent out product which I do not want, When I phoned customer service they said I agreed to it when I took the free trial and it was in the terms and conditions, I did not see this written in the terms because I wouldn't have ordered them. When I then asked if I could return them for a full refund, They said they do not issue refunds after the 14 day trial period, but I dont want them and didn't order them.
