A debt collector who calls himself quay keeps calling my cell phone. He called from 877-396-9274 claiming my 73 year old mother owes 800 bucks. He wont say where he is located, but is very pushy and aggressive. My mother doesnt owe anyone a penny, she is very financially secure. This Quay guy wont stop calling, and has made several threats before I have a chance to hang up.
