We started our process 3/26/2009, to date, 6/10/2010, they have never completed the door thresholds, fixed split wood, squeaks that were not supposed to squeak because the sub-floors were guaranteed to be screwed down to stop the squeaks. I have over 1/2 of a room that sounds like crickets and the entry way from outside to all the way down the hall to the living area that also squeaks.
