Certified Alarms is a scam. They have terrible customer support and terrible monitoring. They charge up the wazoo for their lousy plastic crap that they call equipment. You can get better made products our a McDonald's happy meal. I've had their "technicians" over 5 times to fix my back door. I swear they used double bubble bubble gum to stick it up.
