AmeriCredit stated to me that I must be the caregiver of Emma Hamilton estate in order to get the car back that she had co-signed on my behalf. One I don't and nerve had power of attorney over Emma Hamilton. Two my name didn't appear on the contract, but my mother in need of transportation and wasn't able to make payment on the car in question, a 2006 MITUSBISHI GALANT, and I was the one whom had been making the payment on her behalf.
