Ordered two items and billed for two but received one. I called and received a RMA # for the return of the one item received in February 2010 and now it is May 2010 and I never received a credit. No one will answer the phone at 1-877-340-6408 and you are put on hold and after holding for almost 30 minutes to a hour the phone just disconnects. Also while holding it automated voice will tell you to go to www.fastservicetoday.com for faster service but when you try to create a login it does not work.
