US Van Lines is deceitful and completely devoid of any meaningful cutomer service. They lied to me and were deceiving regarding terms of use. Delivery was horrible, kept me waiting for more than two days, cut my cable line, leaving me without phone, TV or internet for 2 days, not to mention damaging household goods and would not return calls. Also, neglected to tell me a $35 charge would apply if I used a debit card, which is exactly how they told me to pay! read full review »
