We had a loan for our Acura with them that was paid off last week. We had 4 years of never being late on a payment then I was sick for a few months and got behind. When I called they acted very understanding and in November and December 2009 I made two payments each month which brought us current for the 2 payments we were behind. I stayed in touch and everytime the people seemed like it was no problem.
