bought smoke assassin in nov '09, worked so-so for very short time. sent product back and recieved replacement. it didn't work at all. talked to rep who suggested a possible fix. it didn't work. cannot contact customer service either on the phone or on the internet. i want a product that works or my money back. mark w. read full review »
