I ordered free trial, which they sent, along with gum $9.99 and tincture (29.99), enclosed also was a note saying you could not return any unopened item, so I tried to call many, many times, and no matter what time I called there was always a waiting time of at least 1 hour, "because their products are so popular" the recording says. It also suggests you go online and send an email, which is supposed to be responded to within 24-48 hrs, and I have not had a response to any of mine and I've been emailing over a month.
