I would like to make a complaint about the customer service I and my significant other are receiving at American Laser Center @ 500 Canyon Ridge Drive Austin, TX 78753 (512) 299-9988. We have repeatedly had our appointments reschedule about 5-6 times in the past few months. We receive a voicemail saying that it's been rescheduled to a later time without our approval.
